Yes, it should. I have a 2019 Rubicon Unlimited with hardtop and it fits great.

Q: Looking to put this on my 2012 Rubicon 2Dr w/hard top. Will it hold a 12' kayak ok on top, or are the bars too close together for the length??

I have an 8’ and it works great. I think you could do a 12’ if you were careful to space it correctly in the racks.

Q: The installation manual specifies the need of a 5mm drill bit and I have 2 tiny screws in a bag. Any idea what they are for ???
