Q: Is this monomer purple?

It should be but mine was not. It was more brown & there was no seal so I’m assuming it was mixed with something. I’ve bought Mia secret before & it was a bright purple.

Q: Is it still safe to use without inner seal??

I had an inner seal and it was wrapped in a smaller plastic. Use your intuition.
