Improved blood work — finally!
I’ve been taking D3 on and off for years because I’m consistently deficient (combination of poor gut health and poor D conversion which is common in thyroid patients). But no matter how I took it supplements never made a dent in my blood work. Annoying! My D has been as low as 21 ng/mL. More consistently around 29 ng/mL. After taking this vitamin D with meals around 3-4x a week my vitamin D is the highest ever at 44 ng/mL. The k2 must really do something! I want it higher but it’s a very encouraging spike! I will be repurchasing.FINALLY a vitamin d3 that makes a real difference.
