It is cold packed at room temperature into the jar.

Sure it is! Propolis is amazing stuff! We have a patented process to add Propolis to the honey after extraction.

Q: How long does the orange honey last on the shelf?

It never expires technically. We put an expiration of 2026 on current honeys. After 6 months it will begin to crystallize
