Q: Is the outer can waterproof? Like could you keep it stored in the shower and it not warp or get the contents wet?

it can not put long time in the water, bcz its material is not stainless steel, but usually not rust if few water on the bottle.

Q: Will the bottom pop off on its own. In any way? And is the can easy to dent?

as long as it is not over stuffed the bottom will not pop off.
