Q: Will this fit on 4 inch duct, or is this dead set on 4 inch Outer Diameter?

this will fit most and I mean most dryer out lets I've had 5 different dryers {models} and 1 dryer vent and this one fits them all

I used mine with a fume extractor it fit fine ...sorry I cannot help
