This faucet is sturdy, easy to use and looks great against our granite counter tops. The single hole installation method is extremely easy. The only tools you need are a wrench to attach the water lines and a Philips screwdriver to set an anchor bolt. They provide a wrench to secure the anchor plate against the underside of the countertop.But the real value lies in the vendor's customer service. One of our 4 faucets had always been stiff to operate. Having been preoccupied by other more pressing remodeling priorities, after a year I started troubleshooting the issue and determined it was in the combination of the valve and the valve anchor nut. I contacted the vendor for suggestions and asked if a replacement valve was available. Without hesitation they simply shipped a whole new faucet. It doesn't get any better than that.

I love the look. We upgraded everything in our bathroom and gave it a whole new look. I especially like that this sits higher than our old faucet. It comes with everything you need to install it, except the tools

Install was very easy with provided wrench. Looks great -very nice design and heavy - does not feel cheap. The hoses are generously long. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN the supply hose or they may leak! The water pressure is strong but you can control it with the handle. I hope the ORB finish lasts which is why I replaced the old faucet (different brand).. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

Nice looking, seems to be built well except the drain part, it's all plastic even the stopper, installed easy enough but I have never had luck with these drains mechanisms not leaking without using plumbers putty. I've installed plenty of these types of drains and using just the washers and nut doesn't cut it, trust me, get the putty.

Selling our home so quick delivery needed and appreciated for house showings. Local box stores did not have what we needed in stock. Looks and works great.

Theses are so nice, better than the ones we had before great for the price. And arrived so quick ordered night before got ot next morning.

I have not installed yet but the solid brass and weight of this faucet is amazing! The faucet arrives in a cushioned box, and the best was the long supply lines and a drain trap made of metal not plastic. I will repost after installation but feel it’s a no brainer purchase for the price.This is a follow up to my post:I have completed the install and I am very satisfied with a number of things. 1) the threaded sleeve that connects the faucet to the sink deck is brass, and very strong. 2) The supply hoses which are included are nice and long very flexible and plenty long enough to reach most any feed valves.3) The water pressure is amazing coming from such a small supply line, and much stronger that a typical flex supply.Some advise: when inserting and fastening the waste trap pipe assembly by sure to tighten down the nut ring to the max and install a few turns of Teflon plumbers tape in the thread area where the ring nut will be seated at the bottom of the drain hole.The water pressure is fantastic, drain stopper works great!All in all this is a great faucet which includes all you need except the basic tools.👍👍👍

We originally purchased one of these faucets to replace a cheaply made faucet that came with the vanity sink we bought. We loved it so much and it feels so much sturdier that we purchased a second one for our kids bathroom.
