Oh my I am so happy that this book exists... I am so happy that farida exists... Thank you for writing this book... Thank you for being here...

Farida says what we women have all felt , endured , seen , sometimes chosen to ignore. A must read for everyone - I want to recommend the book to men before I recommend it to any woman.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this book after I happened to see author's instagram post which was really inspiring and eye opening. Definitely gonna buy more of Farida's book. I recommend it 💯. Each and every women can relate to her writings for sure. Love to read more from author. Wish you best💕

One thing that I understood from the book is "Women exist to always live up to the expectations of cishet men". This is how patriarchy has designed the society. And the internalised misogyny part is the reflection of women around us who insist to keep the game of patriarchy alive. A great read, thanking Farida for this excellent book. Much appreciated. Respect and Love all the way to her.

Farida's poetry inspires me every day. It is is bold and courageous. Things you can't say out loud. It is every day things, she captures the nuances of it.

It's a transformative must-read that left me inspired on my journey toward equality.

I'm glad I finally bought a physical Book as a statement piece since it is a work of art. You can tell Farida D. puts a lot of work in her books and she's a powerful and smart woman fighting for basic human rights and tries to opens the eyes of people who ignore the Injustices of many men on woman. The List of reasons why we need feminism is endless ♀️📃✊🏾

Beyond powerful... Farida d. speaks for all women. Each line will shake your soul. We all can resonate with her writing. She puts our feelings and experiences into striking poems. This will leave you empowered and knowing your are not alone. Sisters are out there.

It is difficult to express the relief I get from reading a book where as if my own personal thoughts and experiences as a woman are presented in such a compelling way, where I have myself struggled to put into words why I feel the way I feel before. This book feels like home, it feels intimate and I relate to it but I also relate to the power of the voice in which the poems are told. Beautiful read!
