Regular Starter Kit Clear Anodized Including Beams (10x10mm in Diameter), Brackets, Nuts and Bolts

Ordered some makerbeam for some projects. Love this small aluminum extrusion. I did end up having two pieces of 200mm in the kit that had stripped center taps (manufacturing defect), but I contacted Makerbeam seller directly through Amazon and they went above and beyond to help me. They had a brand new set of 200mm mailed to me right away. Superb service and I will definitely be buying more of their Makerbeam / Makerbeam XL products in the future. Thanks yall!

The M3 nuts that came with this kit don't fit in the slots. Its a nice way to think you are buying what you need. When in fact, you have to purchase additional hardware for the kit to be used.STAY AWAY!

Makerbeam is an outstanding miniature extrusion platform. I've built things from iPad stands to support framing to microscope probe holders. It's versatility is enhanced by the accessories available for the starter kit - the corner cubes and the T-slot nuts in particular. I prefer the clear anodized version to the black anodiziation because it shows less wear and tear over time.

This kit is great. I had some electronics projects I was working on and wasn't sure what I needed so I grabbed this kit. With almost infinite possibilities, it is like playing with metallic Legos.

It is not clear in the listing that these are 10 mm X 10 mm extrusions.

I have three of these sets and think they’re great. They’re pricy and you’ll quickly find you want additional lengths, so I suggest ordering one set and then going to see whether you can find individual parts for less elsewhere.The nuts wont fit in the t-slot because the screw goes into the slot and you tighten the nut from outside. (Another reviewer complained about the nut not fitting, so I felt it worth noting.) if you want the nut inside the t-slot they sell sets of those nuts seperately.Also, the case it comes in is cheap but go to Home Depot and pickup those two pack of storage organizers and you’ll find everything fits inside one of them.

I would like more brackets. It seems you will likely run out of brackets well before you run out of extrusions.
