I’ve inspired on an external door. It’s under a porch but exposed to the elements. Been using it for a little over a year. So far no issues.

I have the black version of Kwikset Halifax door lever and it is not fingerprint resistant. Fingerprint resistance is not a factor for me when buying a door lever.
