Not so good
Update : seems this mill is not as good as I first thought. This does the job well, and isn't bad considering there aren't many if any decent flaxseed/Linseed mills available. This Peugeot mill is stiff and harder to twist than a Blossom mill we own, and is unable to hold as much seed, but still does a good job of milling the seed. I will be attaching a handle similar to thishttps://www.amazon.co.uk/Handle-JavaPresse-Manual-Coffee-Grinder/dp/B07FHXTR2Kto the top of mine to make it easier to use. Given you only need to mill a tablespoons worth a day, it isn't a big deal being a bit stiff to turn the top. If you have Arthritis or weak wrists then I would recommend the Blossom as it twists easily or maybe attaching a handle to the Peugeot as I intend to do.This is the Blossom mill we have that is easier to use but is no longer available here in the UK as far as I know. https://www.amazon.co.uk/Blossom-Black-Flax-Seed-Mill/dp/B00A0WCU3SGiven the benefits of fresh milled flaxseed/linseed this Peugeot is preferable to using an electric grinder or buying ready milled seed, I can recommend it for the £35 I paid for it, given the limited choices out there.
