I have a nightshade intolerance, which makes it really hard for me to buy prepared stocks and broth - they nearly all contain tomato paste. I was delighted to see that the makers had responded to questions and confirmed no nightshades in the broth. I've used it several times now and have never had a problem, and it has a nice, rich flavor. So glad this is out there!

This was my first time trying a bone broth base like this, and at first I wasn't sure how I felt about it. On its own, it tasted like straight beef stock, no garlic, no onion, and lower sodium than I expected. This was a surprise to me after years of using Better Than Bullion. It gives you a blank canvas to build your own flavor depending on what you're cooking or craving that day. Once I started adding my own spices, I realized how flexible it is.I've been drinking it regularly for my OMAD routine and it's been great, satisfying, easy to digest, and way better for me (and my wallet) than relying on packaged soups. A little goes a long way, too, so I feel like I'll get plenty of mileage out of one jar. Definitely planning to pick up more when I run out.

I mostly make my own stock, but this stuff can be a life-saver when you don't have twelve hours to simmer bones. I'm diabetic, and it is very difficult to find any sort of condensed stock or bouillon without added sugar. That's odd to me, because stock generally speaking is not supposed to have sugar in it. And this doesn't.. It's good stuff.

I have looked far and wide for natural non-gmo base, bullion and stocks. This is the best quality. High priced for me because I use this all the time. This is truly versatile in its uses. When I run out I get very frustrated and the dish doesn't taste the same. Sodium content is controlled by the amount you use. Which is high. A little goes a long way. Using this product is easy for any home cook! Must keep refrigerated!

This thick paste has a wonderful savory, chicken-like taste, and a little goes a long way. It is vegan and free of palm oil, but it is high in sodium.Update: This product arrived with only about 6 weeks until the Best Buy date. I would have liked a fresher product since the jar lasts for quite a while.

Found this originally at Sprouts and really liked it. I use it strictly for making broth to drink but I'm sure it would be fine for cooking also. It is concentrated and is somewhat gooey in the jar, like honey. Just dip out as much as you need and dilute or add to your dish and viola! bone broth flavor in an instant.

EDIT: Just noticed the item expires in a month from when I ordered it. Don't buy this item from Amazon!! Changed to 1 star.First of all, this is the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted in my life. I spat it out, washed out my mouth, and retched. It doesn't taste like any real food that has ever existed, it's too salty, it's VERY smelly, it's awful. Definitely not chickeny or like any vegan soup broth I've had. If you somehow like it, you'd be happy to know the concentrate is very strong when dilluted so I guess you get your money's worth (at least when on sale.)Secondly, I don't understand why everyone loves the ingredients. It's salt, flavorings, and coloring. There's no difference between natural and artificial flavors. If you want healthy, "real" ingredients just buy some veggie broth, if you don't mind "chemicals" and all the other stuff misinformed people are saying this doesn't have then feel free to buy this because that is ALL this is, moreso than other brands. It's the least natural broth I've seen and I knew that when buying it.(I'm giving a 2 instead of a 1 because of pity. I feel bad not giving a three but if you're using flavoring and stuff there's really no reason for your broth to taste worse than others.)
