Q: How many cups is in one can?

For me I rinsed the "rice" and drained it and made 2 servings on a plate. Each serving was Approx. a cup. It was nice to eat Rice again.

Q: Where is this made? Where is the palm grown? Certified organic?

The label on the can says this product is made in Ecuador. Distributed by OA foods LLC out of Miami Florida.

Q: How long is the shelf life unopened?

There is a "packaged on" date on the package and a "best by date" for example the order I recieved a few weeks ago has a packeged by date of 2-22-2021 and a best by date of 8-24-2022. When I recieved my order it would basically have a 6 month shelf life. Hope that helps?
