Install this strainer on my well, found out that the strainer was too small and will stopping up quickly. Called and talk to Nick at ispring, explained my situation, he recommended the 200 micron or the 500 micron filter and is sending them to me free of charge. Now that is service! Thank you, Nick.

Ordered the WSP-100SL and had no issues with installing the filter but for some reason I continued to have a leak at the gasket. Called customer service and "Nick" was a pleasure to speak with and immediately sent me a whole new filter . Very pleased with the help and feedback they provided. Would greatly recommend to anyone.

Installed this unit (Siliphos type) before a 32K water softener with 1 cubic ft of Fine Mesh. Hardness going into softener was set at 21. Was experiencing slight "iron" and "manganese" discoloring in shower and commode. Nothing that couldn't be removed with slight brushing, but it was still there. Installed the iSpring spindown with Siliphos approximately 2 weeks ago. I am absolutely stunned at the results. There is no sign of staining whatsoever and this is after softener generations. In addition, the water feels a lot "softer" if there's such a term! I'm using the 100-micron filter, but I think I can go to the 50 microns luckily, I don't have a lot of sand or turbidity in the well. I was planning to add a double filter (Sediment & Carbon after the softener) but I have to tell you, I really don't know if I need it! This is money well spent. Customer service was top notch.

The filter was easy to installed. If your purchased mesh size traps a lot of sediments/minerals, your water pressure will drop. You will need to clean the filter. The company will give you a different free filter mesh to try if you want. I did that, and the issue was resolved. On a side note, I misplaced the wrench that came with the filter. The company sent me a replacement free of charge. I’m very impressed with the Company’s customer service policy. The customer agent, Nick, was very helpful and a pleasure to work/communicate with. It’s a testament to iSpring’s business policy.

I ordered a filter with a micron that was too big to properly filter my water. I called iSpring customer service and they sent me a replacement free of charge. They helped me understand my filter needs and corrected my order quickly. The filter works perfect now.
