Q: what is the hole diameter?

If your question is in reference to the to wire size these accommodate then the answer is 14-18 AWG size wire. I have used them extensively in this wire size range and they work quit well.

Size 16 terminal is for HD10, HD20, HDF30, DRC, DT, DRB, DTV, AEC, STRIKE, and JIFFY SPLICE Series Connector. Size 20 terminals can be for DRC, DRB, DTM, HD20, HD30, STRIKE, JIFFY SPLICE and Amphenol A series connectors 20# contact cavities. If need more information please contact JRready Connector Team.

Q: What do I need to replace several Molex connector(s) (male & female pins) which are used for suppling power to various components in my PC

This is JRready deutsch pins and sockets. It doesn't compatible with Molex connectors. If you have any questions about your Molex connectors, you can take a picture and we will provide with suitable terminals according your connector. Thanks with best regards.
