Ordered this product once received the product the card reader did not work and while applying for return I was deceived by the customer care that we have taken a matter and will call back on 6th feb and did not receive any call from there end and on 7th today when I again requested for return they said that window for return have closed should have contacted before waste of money I req everyone don’t buy this product

Worked smoothly with Macbook
The item is working perfectly fine with my XQD card used in Nikon camera. I am able to copy the images and videos quickly to external HDD. No issues with the reader. No issue of heating.
