i am feeling good and energetic after consuming Omega 3-6-9 natural brand and i will recommend extremely valuable.

I like the fact that omega 6 and 9 are also available, omega 6 is often ignored in supplements and I need a variety of oils as I'm sure it aids general metabolism and Wel being. A good amount per bottle so no need to think about needing another. These have no fishy or distinct taste so it's a one more plus.

Very good supplement within an affordable price. Nice product for people who are well into fitness.
