The material and quality of this trainer is superb in my opinion. I write this because I have used at least four different styles and types over the years. This one is sturdy, comfortable and I am reaching my goal. Initially I purchased a large and now a month later purchased another one, medium size this time. It’s a snug fit but comfortable and I foresee losing another inch in due time. I am satisfied, after all I did purchase it twice.

i’ve been using this for compression after cosmetic procedure. The length of the build is longer than many of the other offerings on Amazon, and it covers from the lower rib cage all the way down to the waist, which is definitely a positive. The compression itself is very good and adjustable. The materials are also good, the big problem is the stitching. There’s already multiple stitching and threads coming undone, after 24 hours of use. I really wanted to give this three stars, but decided to give them four stars because as compared to most of the other products in similar categories on Amazon that I have tries...this one is still a lot better in a lot of ways.

I suffer from back pain from a tilted pelvis and wear a brace most days. I have a few of them but this is my preferred one for day to day use. It's long enough to distribute pressure well and the straps are placed so as not to pinch when I sit down. I also like how I can carry my phone secure by shoving it under the straps, which beats putting it in a pants pocket, now that phones are so big.If I had a single complaint it would be that the bra hooks on the front tabs are hard to do up when I need to get dressed in the dark. But that's a really minor quibble.
