This is the first time I have purchased these silken wipes and I was very happy with my purchase. I have a weird phobia with cotton touching my skin so I refuse to use cotton balls, pads, rounds, etc. and have been on the hunt for an alternative for years so that I can remove my makeup and apply certain steps of my skin care routine. (ex: toner, essence) Since finding these, I can’t see myself purchasing anything else. They are so soft and nice on the skin and for my own personal needs, they get the job done perfectly. Obviously they are a little more pricey but I think it’s worth it and will continue to pay the price because I like them that much! If you don’t have an issue with cotton, these obviously aren’t necessary to purchase regularly. But if you happen to be like me and have a phobia of cotton or just don’t like it for whatever reason, I really think these are well worth the extra money! I’m so happy that I’ve finally found something other than cotton to remove my makeup and/or apply my skincare! I also love that they come in different size options! I think I like the larger of the two better particularly because it covers more space when removing my makeup which makes it come off slightly quicker than than the smaller ones BUT if the large was sold out I would totally just grab the small ones since they’re the exact same thing. Just a little personal preference. I hope this review is detailed enough and helpful for someone who might be interested in purchasing these! I’m very happy with my discovery and purchase, and I will continue to purchase these over and over again when I start to get low! I never want to be without them and they are definitely holy grail status for me!

Too large for what I wanted them for

Ok, I'm ready to say goodbye to cotton pads for good:), these silken wipes are absolutely hero product. Cottons normally soak a lot of liquid product, meaning, you waste more for no reason, and sometimes they fall apart, or feel abrasive if you have more sensitive skin than normal . I’ve tried many other pads, but this brand is one step above of the rest: they absorb the right amount of product, just a few drops and that's it. No more product wasted on you hands, sprayer, cotton, etc.. unless cotton, they keep the shape without fiber all over your face, and they super soft. It might look expensive but no way, you save a lot of your precious skincare products, and that’s #1 reason. You can also cut them in smaller 2x2 for any use (the size is around 4x4 and unfolded 8x8 so you can use it literally for anything you need).

I use this for taking off cosmetics--I used soap and then use it to rinse off the soap

I love these for removing eye makeup, nail polish, or for gently drying my eyelash extensions. They feel really soft and smooth and the only lint-free pads I've found

Ok these things are super fabulous- omg - i wear MAC foundation and use these to take off my makeup, i rinse them out and wash my face until no more makeup comes off - my face is super clean every night. I also use these to take my nail polish off - wow - where have these been when i was using cotton balls all those years?? No nail polish smeared all over my fingers using these - it was unreal. I won’t use anything else.

I thought I reviewed these. I make my own makeup wipes with these. They are really soft and they don't split apart like a cotton round. You get a LOT for the price so I do think it's worth it. I got the idea from Desi on YouTube. I will never buy any other wipes. I have spent $10 in Sephora just on soft cotton. These are better! Update: this is my third order of these wipes and I will never be without these again! Holy Grail for me. A must at any makeup table.
