Easy to take & seem to work. 💊
I've tried a fair few different ways of taking live beneficial bacteria over the year & each has their pro's & con's. The liquid yogurt ones are "generally" tasty, but they have to be refrigerated, have a short shelf life & I find them pretty useless for travel. Pill or capsules generally don't need a fridge, have a long shelf life & are easy to transport; but often they taste/smell horrible & can be a bit pricey.I have to take probiotics as my daily medications play havoc with my stomach. So keeping it topped up with friendlies means I can function without discomfort. The "𝑰𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒆 𝑫𝒆𝒇𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 - 𝑫𝒖𝒂𝒍 𝑭𝒐𝒓𝒎𝒖𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑷𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝒃𝒚 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒃𝒊𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒔 & 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝑰𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 (𝑽𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒏 𝑪, 𝒁𝒊𝒏𝒄, 𝑩𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝑬𝒍𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒚 𝑬𝒙𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒕) 𝒕𝒐 𝑩𝒐𝒐𝒔𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝑰𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚, 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒅𝒆 360° 𝑷𝒓𝒐𝒕𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏" from "𝑳𝒖𝒗𝒃𝒊𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒔" Arrive in cardboard packaging with a plastic & foil blister pack within. So the outer box can be recycled but in line with most blister packs the insert cannot be.The capsules & contents are vegan friendly & gluten free & are clearly marked as such. They are standard size & I found them easy to swallow with some water.Inside they contain 16 MULTI STRAINS of live gentle bacteria (10.5 billion) CFUs per 2 capsules serving including 𝘓𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘰𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘶𝘴 𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘥𝘰𝘱𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘶𝘴, 𝘉𝘪𝘧𝘪𝘥𝘰𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘶𝘮 𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘴, and 𝘓𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘰𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘶𝘴 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘳𝘶𝘮. Especially if like me you've been in shielding for a long time. The capsules certainly seem to be working, if I don't top up my gut flora I rapidly know about it through stomach pains & upset bowels. I've had none of that while taking them. They also don't have the usual horrible "fish food" smell & taste that I've had with other capsules/tablets. As I have a pretty varied & healthy diet I only take one capsule a day, it seems enough to keep me topped up. All this comes together to mean that I like them enough that a new box I ordered turned up today & I'll continue taking them. Price wise they aren't bad at £9.20; for me this means it works out to roughly 30.6 pence a day though the standard dose would be circa 61.3 pence/day. Slightly more expensive than some of the yogurt style drinks but as I said before, longer shelf life & easier to carry around.

OK, but are not a replacement for my regular yogurt drink...
I thought I'd give these a go - the original price when I received them was £12 for 15 tablets - but at the time of this review the price is now £5.74, so this does change my mind a little as that may be representative of reasonable value... read on!I usually take a readily available supermarket probiotic (7 bottles for about £4). This helps me with my very sensitive tum, and when I am not taking the probiotics for a while, I really know about it... so I can safely say I do believe the drinks do help my gut, and in turn my overall 'feel good'.I thought I'd try these tablets as they claim some of the same properties without the inconvenience of a fridge/ empty stomach - which for me being a frequent overnight traveller is a bonus. At the lower price of just £5.74 these tablets offer better value than my go-to drinks, whereas at the original price they were pretty expensive - so how do they perform?Well, for me, usually within 5 to 7 days of changing probiotics or not taking them I begin to see signs of my sensitive tum going into it's cycle of changed loo habits, general sensitivity, and feeling ugh... so I decided to go cold-turkey on the drinks and swap with these tablets to give them a fair chance...After just a week without the yogurt and using these tablets, I am not sure the tablets offered the same benefits - although I certainly didn't suffer as bad as no supplements at all. Therefore, for me, these are not as good as my yogurt drinks but I will keep some in reserve for travelling as a 'bridge' - and especially at the new price they do offer an alternative.

Bit of a boost
A pack of 30 capsules recommended dosage is 2 a day so you have a couple of weeks supply.I got these because I wanted a boost in my immune system, after the last couple of years I feel my immune system has weakened and I blame all the over sanitising everything and not been exposed to germs letting the body build up a natural immunity to fight off bugs and ailments.I have been getting colds and bugs quite often. So I'm now keeping onto of multivitamins and supplements to help and this immune booster multivitamin seemed like a perfect one to try.Since been on multivitamins and such my ailments have reduced and I will be continuing on with them.

Fast results
I was blown away by how well these have worked. Since starting these only a handful of days ago, thr bowel movements have finally changed for the better (dysbiosis be gone) and it's manged to keep the back-to-school lurgy at bay. If you've been suffering from IBS-D or want to give yourself a bit of protection for your immune system to cope with any super-spreader scenarios or just give yourself a bit of a boost to deal with seasonal changes, it'd be worth your while to give this a go.I especially liked that I didn't need to refrigerate the capsules and didn't have to take them first thing on an empty stomach - can never remember to do that.
