Dyson Purifier Cool TP07

Tried to log a return as my guarantee is still valid only to find the window has been closed, that does not make sense. We bough two at once and one is making a whistle sound. AMAAZON please assist in exchange / return?

Always wanted to get a Dyson fan. Cools very well so neat lovely design thank you.

Product failed after 2 tears. Dyson support of no use. Offered to supply but not in stock. After 2 months. Suggested try to find part myself. Rude/Dismissive attitude. Have tried Amazon support and await outcome. All this in middle of heatwave.RG

Dyson doesn’t allow you to track the air quality on your smart phones unless you buy it from one of their retail partners. Amazon is not on that list.

I have an air quality monitor roughy 3 meters away, and this purifier appears to do absolutely nothing even when on full blast.As far as the fan part goes any cheap fan will do just as good of a job, and not make weird noise like this one often does.It’s also very large, and there are much nicer designs out there.

I have a Dyson Cool at home and love the fact that it sends a quiet breeze over you whilst you sleep and genuinly keeps you from burning up on hot nights. Not the Purifyer cool.I sent my Purifyer Cool back soon after I got it. I liked the features initially although I wonder whether they were more of a gimmick.Then I turned it on. Yes it is very quiet on 1, 2 and 3, but due to the plethora of air filters, you get what amounts to the breath of a mouse. Whereas you get a cool breeze over you with the basic Dyson, you need to put this one up to level 8 to get anything close and then it is too loud for sleeping. Why they didn't beef up the fan power is anyone's guess, but the filters don't help with airflow.My advice - save £200 and get the Dyson Cool.
