Frido Dual Gel Insoles - From a hobbyist runner's perspective
First off, I ain't no pro athlete, just your regular guy who loves a good run. But I've been dealing with a real pain in the arch and heels. Blame it on my original soles in shoes which had degraded over time. So, I was looking for new shoes but stumbled upon these insoles. Firstly, they seem quite expensive in itself, but if I compare them to good running shoes, they would have cost me 6-7k. Hence I decided to try these out.Comfort and Softness: ★★★★★ (5/5)These insoles have something they call dual gel tech. It's like walking on soft gel padding. Seriously, it's like a pillow for your feet. Earlier I had insoles with foam padding but it tends to deform over time. These are very comfortable & supportive, especially at the arches and heels. That deep heel cup spreads the pressure out evenly. Long walks or even runs are easy with very little foot fatigue.Anti-Sweat Fabric: ★★★★☆ (4/5)This anti-sweat fabric isn't bad at all. It keeps things in check, but still, during an intense workout/running sesh, it does make the shoes feel a bit humid, which is again pretty natural as these are made out of gel. The fabric has a soft alcantara-like texture but I am not exactly sure what material it is. Still, it's way better than the regular stuff.Shock Absorbent: ★★★★★ (5/5)If you love running, you know how crucial shock absorption is. These insoles are so great at it. Running feels smoother, and that low arch support? It's like extra cushioning for your feet. Running feels better with fewer jolts and less discomfort and the stride becomes smoother.Perfect Fit and Versatility: ★★★★★ (5/5)They're trimmable, so they fit just right in any shoe. I've tried them in everything, from my old sneakers to my loafers & of course these running shoes, and they fit pretty well in all of these. Just make sure to cut them properly at the start, or it will be an issue if you cut these shorter than your actual insole size. One thing, these insoles may seem a bit expensive at first, but I think it's worth the investment. Overall, I'm happy with these Frido Insoles. I would definitely recommend these for runners or just people who want a better shoe experience.

Overall a good/smart insole with decent Cusion, but be careful while cutting...
I was excited to see this, since its a very smart product, since its not pure silicone, rather a combination of silicone and insole material. The product quality and look and feel is really good. It looks exactly as its shown in the images. Further it feels premium and not cheap.Once added to the shoes, you feet will feel sturdy and nicely tucked and cushioned, hence you feel comfortable and confident while walking/runningHowever, I would wan't to warn you to be careful while cutting the sole, here's the reason why :I ordered this for my Badminton shoes, and while playing Badminton there are times when there is lot of pressure on the shoes and at certain angles. My feet size is 10, and I ordered the large one which has range from 9-12, so the moment I opened the package, I cut it to the size of 10, and that's the mistake I did. Even though it looked as if it fitted inside the shoe properly. However, while playing, I realized the front side a gap is getting created and my feet started feeling the same. Thankfully I had kept the cut pieces, so next day, I added the cut pieces back somehow to fill the gap, and now its much better.Hence my suggestion is, do not cut the sole to match the number given, instead, first start by cutting lesser and try adding and see how it fits the show and try to walk or jog, and then again cut a little to adjust. Also, do not cut from the sides at all, since that is the area which could match your shoe as it is and you actually don't need to cutThanks!

Incredible soul
I recently purchased a new pair of shoe soles, and the difference compared to regular ones is huge. These soles are incredibly comfortable from the first step. They provide excellent cushioning, and I can feel the support in all the right places, whether I’m walking or standing for long periods. The fit is just perfect, and my feet don’t feel fatigued at the end of the day like they used to with standard soles. What sets these apart from normal soles is the level of comfort and durability. They’re clearly designed with better materials, offering both softness and firmness where needed. I used to experience minor foot pain after long walks, but since using these, that’s no longer an issue.I highly recommend this product for anyone looking to upgrade their footwear with better quality soles. It's a game-changer for overall foot comfort, and the investment is absolutely worth it!

Product not good
The media could not be loaded. Sure, here's a review you could write for the Frido Soles you purchased from Amazon:⸻Disappointing Quality, Uncomfortable WearI recently purchased the Frido Soles from Amazon, and unfortunately, my experience with them has been extremely disappointing. Right out of the box, the quality seemed subpar. The material felt cheap and flimsy, and there were visible signs of poor craftsmanship.Aside from the lackluster quality, the comfort level of these soles is abysmal. They provide minimal support and cushioning, making them incredibly uncomfortable to wear for extended periods. It feels like walking on cardboard rather than a supportive sole.Furthermore, the sizing was off. Despite ordering my usual size, the fit was awkward and uncomfortable, causing blisters and discomfort with every step.Overall, I would not recommend the Frido Soles to anyone looking for quality footwear. They are a prime example of "you get what you pay for," and in this case, it's not even worth the low price. Save yourself the hassle and invest in a higher-quality pair of shoes that will provide the comfort and support your feet deserve.⸻Feel free to adjust the review based on your specific experience and any additional details you'd like to include.
