This version has NO CHILI powder or peppers in it. I would say its mild. Its flavor is coming from its core ingredients, Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Mustard, Fenugreek, Black Pepper, Garlic, Fennel, Ginger, Dry Curry Leaves.

Q: Is this organic and non-GMO?

The container label does not make any reference to the subjects of organic or GMO. However I seriously doubt that there are any GMO plant sources for any of the contents; the powder is listed containing a number of herbs/spices. There are no GMO forms of these herbs/spices that I am aware of on planet earth.

coriander, turmeric, cumin, fenugeek, black pepper, garlic, fennel, poppy seed, dried curry leaves. Excellent taste, spicy but not hot.
