I ordered this basket to be used at a spring flower celebration. The color is not as pictured but a very pale blond shade. The wood of the handle is cracked on the underside which causes a scratching, pinching sensation when lifted. Several of the pieces along the top were also cracked, causing it to snag on things. I did not have adequate time to look for a replacement so I kept it and wrapped the handle with ribbon. I had hoped to use it after the party but due to its flimsy construction, it really can only be used as a decoration.Overall, I am quite disappointed.
