Works great as simple analog A/V rf UHF TV modulator
For older analog devices I want to see on TV, easy to install and set up. I like the channel 14 to 83 capability. Still compatible to newer ATSC 1.0 analog/digital TV receivers.

Claim on Amazon product page: "RF Modulator - No drivers, adapters needed, plug and play"
Works with Firesticks ... No adapters needed ... Great! So, how (EXACTLY) can anyone actually CONNECT this product to any Firestick (which has ONLY ONE HDMI jack for any and all direct connections), WITHOUT any NEEDED adapters? This "Modulator" Has ONLY 3 RCA input jacks (one each for video and left and right stereo sound) and TWO RF cable connections (one for RF input and one for RF output)! I just want to see a PICTORIAL DIAGRAM of the two units ... an HDMI-connected Firestick and this "modulator"... connected to EACH OTHER WITHOUT ANY OTHER ADAPTER(S) nor any other equipment ... and actually WORKING, producing both picture and sound from the Firestick, and displayed on the TV connected to this modulator!

Gets the job done!
Worked very well for me after I spent some time tinkering with all the settings I could. It's easy to set up, but you might need to mess with the audio options a bit. Reason for the 4 stars is because the output signal is very weak if I don't crank it up to the max and there's always a light audio hiss no matter which channel I set it to. Also, note that this works in UHF mode as VHF channels are not selectable. Still, it works pretty well for my use case so I'd definitely recommend this for the price.

Works as advertised
This is not as powerful as the professional RF modulator I’ve used for years, but it’s a very cheap solution that gets the job done without having to hunt down old used equipment. Just connect a set of “rabbit ears” to the coax output and it will broadcast a TV signal a short distance. Really useful for setting up old TVs that didn’t come with composite video input.UHF doesn’t produce quite as strong a signal as VHF, but it will do in a pinch. Definitely recommend.

Works but risky
It technically works but you have to be very very careful if you're using this on an old crt TV. As I was sweeping through the settings on the modulator to tune it to the TV channel, it looped back to the top and it completely fried my tv. Not exactly sure what's wrong, but the screen went from static to black with a high pitch squeal and crackling noises from inside the tv. So just be very very cautious using this on an old tv

Converts my dish box to a coax cable
I added this to my dish box to feed into a coax that goes to other TVs. Was easy to install and set the channel.

Didn't work
I have had RF modulators in the past. This one didn't work. The channel started at 14, not the typical 3 or 4. I will be returning it.
