Q: the cleanser was delivered today, but the bottle is different... the copy is grey and the stripes are turquoise. Is this stuff legit?

I just received some from ebay and I am wondering the same thing! Mine has grey writing with lighter blue stripes instead of the normal darker blue ones. Mine also say "Drs. Rodan & Fields" rather than the normal "Rodan & Fields" soooo I am really hoping the stuff is actually legit! I tried to find other images on google of proactiv to see if I would find at least one picture with this different style bottle, but I could not find ANY, so that does not seem like a good sign. I wouldddd just open it up and at least try it, but I am giving it as part of a mother's day gift. . . so I do not really want to open it yet. . . I am really hoping it is legit though!!!

Yes I can help you with this one. There should always be an expiration date on this product. The expiration date is on the bottom of the bottle and always is. Just make sure the product has not expired because I use to order this from qvc and ended up sending it back several times because it was expired so I no longer order from qvc. Hope this has helped. It's gentle and doesn't burn. If used alone it can cause your skin to dry out a little. It worked for myself, but not for my 16 year old daughter.
