The thermos is 12.5" tall with the top on, 3.25" in diameter at the bottom, and the mouth is 2" diameter. It is a very good thermos, keeps things hot or cold very well. The cap on ours must have a tiny leak in the seal between the metal and the black plastic liner becuase when we left it soaking in dishwater, water got into the cap and it took a long time for it to dry out. So don't soak the cap. Also, be sure to open the top stopper thing before washing it, and leave it open so dishwater drains out or you'll get a nasty surprise in your coffee! The pouring stopper does work well for pouring, too.

Q: what are its physical dimensions?

Q: Will this fit in a car cup holder slot?

I tried it in the cupholders in my 2006 Town and Country minivan, and it does NOT fit. Maybe other cupholders are larger, but even so I think it would be fairly top-heavy. Also be aware that you should not soak the cap in dishwater--ours seems to have a little leak that allowed the dishwater to get between the layers of the cap. It is fine now after drying out for a while. Over all this is a great thermos.

Q: Has anyone been able to find a replacement gasket (the rubbery plastic piece that you press onto the underside of the latching lid, creating a seal)?

I am also looking for a replacement gasket for the 60 oz size. If you were able to find a replacement and could let me know where you did, that would be great!
