Q: Will this sharpener rebevel knives such as chicago cutlery?

This is a great sharpener and easy to use. It not only sharpens my Global and Henkel knives but also my ceramic knives. Well worth the money.

Q: Can you use the sharpener on other knives?

I am so protective of my Global knife that I only use the Global sharpener on it. I have another sharpener for all other knives.

Q: What are the replacement wheels for this sharpener? Can I order them on Amazon?

My sharpener still works. So there has been no reason for replacing the the wheels.

Q: What angle does this sharpen at?

I am right handed, so when I sharpen a knife, I place my left hand on the handle and insert the knife between the sharpening wheels which are oriented slightly towards the right.
