Now happily moving through the seconds, minutes and hours. Looking good!
We had a rough start. As soon as I got it, I put a fresh battery in it, and the second hand started moving backwards. Erratically, slowly, but definitely backwards. I tried a different battery, with no success, but on the third try (I hear that the third time's a charm) the clock began moving swiftly into the future. Bad batteries? I don't know. Maybe the wrong type. One of them might have been a NiCad.I like the clock, and I like the price. I agree with other reviewers that it's framework is very thin. I wouldn't want to drop it or bang it. But as long as it's on the wall, it looks very solid, and rather retro. It would look great in a kitchen, especially if you have some of the retro KitchenAid appliances, or Fiestaware. For us, the dark red works with the living room. We have a (fake) Oriental carpet in the living room, with a lot of red and dusty blue patterns, and furniture that ranges from mocha to espresso brown.

This Clock is Boss
So, I just got this clock yesterday, and I suppose it could blow up or catch fire or quit working tomorrow, but for the time being, this clock is boss. And see, I'm saying "boss" because I think that's a little retro-y, right? And this clock is very retro. In fact, it's maybe making me lose my mind. Ever since I got it, I've been sculpting my hair into a greasy pompadour and calling anyone over the age of 40 "pops." (This one is really obnoxious because I myself am 38.) I'm also in trouble at work because I told my boss to "sit on it" after she asked me to send her my updates for the MIS report.I might get fired, but at least I'll be able to sit around and look at this wonderful clock. Thank you, Infinity Instruments!

Perfect color and makes no noise at all!
My biggest things were that I needed a clock that didn't make noise and was not bright red (I needed more of a cranberry color instead of fire engine red). This is just what I needed! I also wanted it to look older/retro and it fits the bill. The only small thing is that the housing isn't terribly sturdy. It's plastic, and since it goes on the wall (and the price was right!) it'll be just fine, but for the price point, don't expect heavy duty. With those things in mind, it's a great clock for what it is and I would purchase again if I needed another.

Hi, I like my clock.
I was really going back and forth, here- 4 or 5 stars?I like my clock. Well, I more than like it, it think its very cute.I LOVE that it doesn't tick, and that the second hand moves continuously and doesn't do the spastic 'let's stop for every second' thing that produces that obnoxious tick. I love that- with insomnia and anxiety, I cannot stand ticking when I'm trying to fall asleep at night, so this clock doesn't interfere with my sleep (doesn't that sound a bit stupid? but, MAN, the tiniest things drive me insane.........)It's a nice, CALM clock.Very nice color.However- I did know based on the item description that it was plastic, but I definitely did not expect it to be as thin as it is. It is VERY thin. This isn't a huge problem though- unless the clock would happen to fall, which, in that case, the plastic would DEFINITELY break. And seeing that I bought this as a replacement for my last clock, that LOST ITS HANDS WHEN IT FELL (I'll assure you, that was not an Infinity clock), I do have some concerns.Other than the thinness of the plastic, I do not mind that it is plastic. It looks like metal when its hanging, and looks like it was more expensive than it was... NOTHING is better than that. I also figure that it's lighter with the thinness, so that's a plus. Also, it tells time, and that's all I could really ask for!

Great clock
Looks great above our sliding mirror, lighted medicine cabinet in our pink tile, mid-century modest bathroom. I put floral stickers on some tiles so there is some green in the bath. The stickers look like they are really the tile. Anywho, the clock is plastic so it's lightweight and easy to hang and it won't rust. It really looks like metal if you don't study it for an hour and touch it a lot! We love it. Oh, the face doesn't fog up while taking a very hot shower. That's a bonus!

Pretty and functional, dressed up my very drab kitchen
I bought this a few months ago, after I moved into a place with a very small, very boring, kind of depressing kitchen. I hung this clock above the icky electric stove (you know, the type with metal coils) and honestly it kind of transformed the room. There's something cheerful about the design and the color. It's become a focal point we look at every morning as we're getting ready (seems to be accurate). The body is plastic and when I took it out of the box didn't feel particularly solid, but it looks really nice and does its job well. Glad I bought this.

Love it!
I love my clock, and it keeps really good time. I can only hear it ticking if the rest of the house is very quiet.

Perfect vintage look with a silent, sweep, seconds hand.
I replaced an old vintage clock in my vintage kitchen. The old clock worked fine, unless there was a brownout, That happens a lot. Each time, the clock stops and I need to restart it. Plus, it made a grinding noise when operating. This clock is perfect. It fits the decor and is silent. The best this about it is that the second hand moves continuously, not clicking second by second. So, there is no noise from the clock, unless you hold it against your ear.The clock is very light weight. I expect it to last a long time, though only time will tell...
