Didnt expect much. But gotta say showed up and inspected it for condition and not a scratch ding or loose part. Powered up and eat it up wverything works as intended . replaced a 8 month old motorola phone that was glitchy from day one and slow. This phone loads web instant and links via bt fast as heck. I dont but new or latest greatest model. But this one plays games like fortnite and all no issues and works flawless no hiccups and battery last all day even with messing around for 5 hrs straight on it

Defective product: incompatible logic board, no signal from the startUnfortunately, the device arrived with a signal issue. After a technical inspection, it was determined that the cause was an incompatible logic board: the phone had an SM-G990B (S21FE) board installed, while all other components matched the SM-G990U (S21FE) model.This resulted in a total lack of signal from the very beginning, which is unacceptable for a device that was supposedly tested before shipping. I had to incur an additional expense of $50 to replace the incompatible component, which was both disappointing and frustrating.I’m attaching a photo of the replaced logic board as evidence. I believe there should be more thorough internal compatibility checks before sending products to customers.I kindly request compensation or a refund for the cost incurred to fix the issue.

I've officially got my money's worth 😌, even though I've ordered the one with 8 gb of ram but instead I got 6gb, I got no problem at all and I really appreciate this masterpiece, small scratches are the least for me. Can't wait to upgrade in the future

Was supposed to be water resistant but as a refurbished phone, it leaked water through a side seals and ruined it. I won't buy a refurbished phone ever again.

Great price on a rebuilt phone. Had one small scratch on the screen, but it is almost unnoticeable, otherwise looked like a new phone. No performance issues, still going strong and has only dropped 2% of battery in a year.This is the second renewed phone I have purchased. The previous one was also a winner, until it went swimming for 10 minutes.

I love this new phone sm, It downloads apps super quickly and has good quality images! 100% recommend

The media could not be loaded. I paid to get a phone in an excellent condition. Two of these have dents on them. Does are definitely not excellent condition. Aside that, the other three look fine. I don’t know about functionality and battery life since I am not the using the phone. I will have to find out later.

I got the phone from FEDEX and a black Buick showed up and randomly delivered my phone once I got it it was good for the first 30 mins until I opened the camera app to see that it was not working. I would open the app upfor it to give me a warning to say the camera app failed. And I tried it again for it to crash again. The phone would not update at all it would tell me that the update was interrupted and to try again in the next 24 hrs and last but certainly not least not only was it already locked to att despite me getting it unlocked but the fingerprint scanner wouldn't work and said the fingerprint scanner needed to be calibrated I tried everything I even called Samsung to tell them what's happened and they remotely controlled my phone and everything and all they could do was tell me to go to a Samsung store in which I'm in Deming NM so there are no stores where I live and he also recommended that I trade it in for a s23 for a discounted price I even tried safe mode NOTHING worked I'm not saying don't buy from here but I'm saying to buy with caution I wish I took videos but I've already returned the phone the same day I got it.
