Several recipes are confusing.🫤
It took about 30 minute to prepare. However the picture doesn’t represent how the dish should look. Confusing instructions.What would make it better is to actually read the instructions out loud by the author every recipe.

Some ingredients aren't listed, some quantities are incorrect, not all photos match recipes. Just needed a good proof reader!

A narrow soft cover book narrower than a magazine But I think I will keep it because the few recipes that are in there look pretty good. I would suggest buying a real book

Not helpful
30 minute, easy, for two…you would think the recipes would have a several ingredients easily found at the local grocery store. Not the case. Lots of ingredients, not always standard items in stock near my house. I was hoping for some “go-to” meal plans I could start in on to begin the Mediterranean way of eating. No such luck.

This is a great cookbook for couples. All of the recipes are written for 2 people and each recipe is ready in just thirty minutes - which is perfect for those crazy busy weeknight dinners. The Mediterranean diet is a great healthy diet that is full of healthy fats, lean proteins and fresh produce.
