I bought and used twice in one month and it worked great, the water came out significantly dirty and my skin felt fresher. But the third time it turned on but it has lost all suction power so now it charges and lights work but no suction, I was desperate and took it apart to try to fix it with no success, doesn’t work, worked twice only.

It's perfect except the suction is too strong!! It's sooo sad. I really wanted it to work.I like to get monthly hydrafacials and thought this would be a great at home tool to keep my skin clean and exfoliate between visits.The device is a great value ($25). I purchased because it was comparable to the BeautyBio's GLOfacial Hydro-Infusion Deep Pore Cleansing Tool ($199). I wanted to try the cheaper version before spending hundreds on a new facial device.However, the suction power on this tool is too strong. I tested on my arm using the lowest setting and my arm bruised! Everything else was great.Because of the harmful, powerful suction, I returned the device and sprung for the GLOfacial device. The suction on this tool feels like a professional hydrafacial... If you have a funds, don't waste your time on this device.I noticed some comments about leaking. It's not that bad and similar to the GLOfacial tool - you're using water, if you put the tool upside down or don't secure the water containers, it will leak.

The media could not be loaded. Who doesnt love getting pampered but for this price that too at home? I have been looking for such thing for a while.How to Use1. The product came in a nice packaging and it has multiple heads, each to be used for different surface of your face.Small head for nose, medium for forehead, large for cheeks. Suction power also varies from size to size.2. Fill the part of the bottle where the pipe goes, leave the other compartment empty which will rotate and bring the bad water.3. Take a hot steam before using this product, as steam will open your pores and make the surface smooth to run the suction easily.Try not to use on dry skin specially if you have sensitive skin, the suction is surprisingly very strong.After 1st use I could see the difference.

i really wanted to like this product and was really excited about it but barely any water comes through and the suction even on the lowest setting was with to cause me to bruise. 2 stars because it was what it says it would be.

I wish I’d lad the time to try this during the return window but now it’s too late. A complete waste of money and going into trash. After trying in every way to get it to work, it spat out a bit of water once, then just became a suction beast. The water tank was then not “locking into” the upper half of the machine so I don’t know if that’s the cause, but it can’t be fixed by the buyer, it’s a defect. Ugh.

I love that this device is easy to use, of course it didn’t come with clear instructions but I have to come back on Amazon and read the product info so since I own a microdermabrasion device so I follow the same application steps to use it and it works just fine, the suction is great! I can see my whitehead getting swept up it was refreshing! And felt like a cool water is been injected into my pores. I see a difference in just one use!The bottom do come apart during use but I found a way to manipulate it that I didn’t let it bother me.For the amount you pay … I believe this is a very great device and an absolute game changer to my skin care routine despite the flaws…So if you can find a way to manipulate it during use, it’s such a cheap price for the absolutely great result you will get in the comfort of your home!Thank you for making this device and allowing people to feel good about their skin!Update: 4/19/23So the device lasted for about 4 weeks then on week 5 water just stopped coming out. I asked a question on here about what could have possibly gone wrong and I was told to put it against my arm for 20sec… well it took about 2-3min before the water started flowing again but then the suction wasn’t working , water was just dripping out. I tried ot several times on week 5, no water, no suction.Though the device works very well while it lasted, I’m not happy that it only lasted 4 weeks!So I’m not gonna repurchase!

I really enjoyed the suction power of this machine (even so, that it can be too much on the higher settings) Do not recommend leaving it on any are of the face longer than two seconds. You WILL bruise yourself. Make sure you are gliding it consistently over your skin and keep it upright as suggested.A bit disappointed for a few reasons. I do get Hydrafacial treatments often and there is always a sense of deep hydration that I thought could be replicated with this, Not the case. While it does simultaneously send water to the skin while vacuuming, it doesn't send enough. Also, the tank for the unit doesn't stay on very well so it can be frustrating to use. 3 stars.

Do yourself a favor and save yourself a couple hundred $$$ dollars. Works just as well If you were to get a hydra/hydro facial at a spa or clinic!PAIR with aqua peeling solution or hydra facial solution .NOTE: The item itself doesn't hold up very well, BUT put the solution in a spray bottle and spritz your face and use the face vacuum itself . I threw the container out along time ago and use the head piece itself!
