Q: Are the Sides of the H legs wide enough for a walking pad to fit in between?

The H legs are not very wide, so I would think no

Q: My MWS04 came without assembly instructions, are they available online?

Contact manufacturer and they will email them to you. I actually found mine under the flap inside the box but they had already emailed them to me. 🤣

Q: I built it justnow but why is the lift doing nothing?

I’m not sure what you mean. The right side underneath the desk is a metal lever. It makes the desk go up and down. If you have it all the way up at the highest, use your body weight to lower it while pressing on the lever. It adjusts up and down with that metal lever underneath the desk. My husband and I love ours, we have the black and the white one.

Q: When i attached the lever to the underside of the desk the table will not rise. if i leave the lever hanging the table works as it should. why?

Make sure you installed the lever probably I notice some on here did not. If it correct contact manufacturer.
