This taste awful but it did curb my desire for sweets.

Definitely cut the sugar taste out , but other than that didn't notice any benefits, didn't finish the bag, tried it for 2 weeks and then trashed it...But just because I didn't get anything out of it doesn't mean that someone else won't...everybodys body is different

One doesn't consume gymnema for its flavor, because it is not necessarily the tastiest green, but its health benefits in terms of normalizing plasma glucose and mediating insulin secretion are second to none.
