Q: I see this comes from spinach. what type of magnesium is it from? for example, magnesium chloride vs magnesium oxide?

It doesn't give this information on the bottle, but there is an 800# you can call to find out. 800.848.2542. I am taking it to lower my blood pressure naturally and it is working better than just taking my BP med. It is helping me to get to my goal. I have been taking BP med for over a year and it helped a little but with this I am seeing better results.

Q: Where are the mg numbers ? How MUCH is in a tablet ?

If you look on the back of the label is states there is 50mg of magnesium per serving(2 tablets). It's confusing with the 1000mg s.cerevisae which is basically brewer's yeast.

Q: Why is the magnesium serving size so low at 50mg with only a 12% rdv? i'm seeing other brands at about 200-400mg?
