Nature's Bounty Tonalin Pills and Dietary Supplement, Diet and Body Support, 1000 mg, 50 Rapid Release Softgels

I’ve been using these type of pills off and on for years and they work great as an appetite suppressant, and weight loss supplement. I decided to try this brand because of the reviews and lower price point and I’m not disappointed. These work just as well if not better than the higher priced brands. I would give these a try if you’re looking for this type of supplement and hopefully they keep the price low with the same quality ingredients.

I do not take this for weight loss. I consume this and other essential fatty acids due to being a vegetarian.

I like this product and think it is helping me. I do notice less bloating in my stomach area. However, I was disappointed that the tablets all stick together. Have a hard time getting out one or two to take - they are in a large lump in the bottle. Am hoping that this is just a one time issue as I've used Nature's Blend many times and their quatlity is usually very good.

How much to say I know CLA pills are usually giant horse pills which I don’t mind these do what they have to. I go to the gym religiously in these help keep me towed along the side, my weightlifting and cardio do not expect to get toned if you’re not doing any sort of physical activity, but this will definitely help enhance that if you’re already doing these sorts of things, this is not a weight loss supplement. The only thing I suggest you doing is drinking a lot of water when you take these because I had a little bit of acid reflux and it burns really bad.
