Q: I want to mount the light nearer the ceiling, about 15cm from it, is there any reason why I cant?

The chandelier has links in it, so you can adjust the height. I have mounted it nearer to the ceiling (closer than 15cm) Hope this helps

Q: Is thus IP44 rated for a bathroom?

My plumber expected there to be a note to say it was - there isn't. I am positioning far enough away from the wet zone that I have accepted that it feasibly could fuse the light. I am not looking to create a sauna in the bathroom so don't perceive significant risk with it being in my bathroom.

Q: Where do I get replacement crystals from?

Sorry - I have no idea? I wondered the same. Maybe the supplier also supplies individual or packs of crystals?

Q: Could you use it as a two tier chandelier instead of adding the small tier crystals?

There would be no reason why you'd have to add cystals to every layer. It would leave a black metal support but the holes for the crytals to attach aren't glaring. I'm part way through attaching my crytals and my bathroom is being refurbished still so I can't answer to how the finished thing will look. It is impressive while only half done though.
