Brilliant ! My Labrador puppy was making such a mess with a normal bowl. This is well made stable, and really works. Also very easy to clean . Delighted with purchase.

This is a great water bowl for most dogs, whether small, medium or large in size. It holds a lot of water and the float mechanism does work well to prevent spill. However, after a few weeks, my Pekingese has refused point blank to use it, though he did find it relatively easy initially and seemed to get a whole lot less water down his "beard" and on the floor. It may be that once the level of water reduces, his very flat face doesn't fit into the bowl to allow him to drink - a common issue with all flat-faced breeds. My own Peke prefers a flatter style of water dish [like a plant saucer or similar] or one of the angled dishes . It must be said that my own Pekingese is extremely fussy and can be fickle too. Therefore, it your dog is of a pointy faced breed, I do think that this bowl is likely to be excellent for him/her.

I like the fact it keeps the floor dry, it protects water from getting dirty.Easy to keep clean and holds a good ammount of water.Ensures dog drinks slowly .

I do think this is overpriced, it's a bowl with a cover that lowers as the water level drops.But I like the idea of the cover as less dirt gets in the water, and there's an adequate puddle of water there at all times my 11kg puppy had no issues using it immediately.I'm really not sure what the filter is for, as the center channel where all the water comes up etc is open... its only the small pin holes along the putter edge that has the filter underneath so from what I can see the filter does nothing to filter the water.But, I like that it's a 2L bowl that has a cover and I don't feel as if my pup is going to dehydrate.

Excellent quality. This has helped us with our pup who used to drink water as if he's never seen it before then ended up throwing up! That's stopped now. He's taken to it very quickly and we can trust this in the car while travelling, no spills or drips, and me being a clumsy I've even kicked this when walking past and its not spilled a drop!

I have a miniature schnauzer, with a full beard, so was sceptical about this product. However, we have gone from water trails all over the kitchen floor after my four legged friend had drunk from a conventional water bowl, to the odd drip now and again. On most visits to the new bowl there is no trail, no drips, just a dry floor. Really impressed!

Good quality, easy to clean and has a large capacity. It took one of my dogs some time to get used to it, but now it's no problem. They still carry a small amount of water dribble across the floor when they drink from it, but it's much improved on a standard water bowl.

Not very splash proof but easy to clean

Works great. No drool all over the place. No water all over the floor. Just what I was looking for. Bigger than I thought it.

My dog was constantly leaving a stream of water across the kitchen floor every time she took a drink. This bowl was a community water bowl, since we have two dogs and four cats. This bowl works like a charm! Not one spill across the floor since the day we got it. All the animals took to it very easily without any persuasion. It’s vet easy to take apart and clean too. I would highly recommend this bowl. I love it.

My dog used to stick her entire muzzle in her water bowl, causing a wet face and puddles of water on the floor every time she drank. We've only had this bowl a couple weeks but so far there hasn't been a single puddle since she started using it. You have to clean it out a bit more often than other bowls but it's a small price to pay not to have to wipe the floor up 3-4 times a day. My only criticism is they could stick the anti-slip pads on the bottom more securely to the bowl. Other than that though it's been perfect so far.

Mi cachorro no ha dejado de meter las patas , mojarse y tirar agua… es muy bonito, pero no soluciono mi problema con agua en el piso.
