Great buds hands down!
Great earbuds. Even better price. I watch mostly videos. So I can’t speak to sound quality. Battery life is excellent and the charger works well.

As good as ear buds I spent hundreds for.
I had apple ear buds which cost hundreds of dollars and of course lost one. I replaced them for several hundred dollars more and then left them on a plane. Then I bought these last year. They sound as good as the apple buds and they are just as comfortable. I just bought another set so now I have one pair at home and one in my office. They last for hours and when they run down just pop them in the case and they recharge with having to plug them in. Love them!!

Wouldn't Charge and Customer Service Ignored Me
I was able to charge the charging case, but the earbuds themselves would never charge. When I reached out to the company's support folks, they kept asking me to make sure that the case was plugged in (it was), that the earbuds were in the case properly to charge (they were), that I removed the earbuds from the case before trying to pair them (I did), and that I was looking in the proper "Bluetooth" setting on my device to find them (I was). When I told them that the problem was none of those things, I was ignored. I reached back multiple times. Any time they did respond, they understood my "frustration." Eventually, they were supposed to have someone call me directly - they never did. This back and forth went on for 3 weeks before I got fed up, returned the earbuds, and purchased from a different company.

They're okay, but not like my Beats earbuds.
For the price, these earbuds are decent. They fit tight into the ear, almost too tight, and I can't hear other noises in the home I'd like to hear.....washing machine buzzer, pet birds chirping, iPhone alert....sounds that just occur during the day that one listens to (subconsciously) for. These are pretty good if I'm sitting quietly and don't want to be disturbed. Sometimes, I will put only one earbud in so I can hear surrounding noises. Occasionally, there is static that goes in and out, which was kind of surprising as I have such awesome reception where I live. The case is very small; there is no outside light indicator that the buds are charging. The case must be opened, which then displays the percentage of charge (i.e. 93%). Yes, I like them, but guess I've been spoiled by Beats. I'll probably pass these on to one of my older kids.

Disappointed
I researched this product and it had decent reviews on other sites besides Amazon. Totally useless for phone calls, the biggest reason I got them. I can hear everything fine. No one can hear me. I called customer service because I was going to return them. I was going to be charged to return them. That didn’t make me very happy at all. Customer service really did go out of their way to be helpful. One suggestion was to remove one of the earbuds and talk into it like a microphone. What? No folks! Don’t do that! 2 reasons. Distracted driving AND it drops the call when you remove it. However, excellent sound reception for myself. I watch movies and use Zoom to listen to programs for church. Another feature that I hate is when a company uses chargers that are very specific to just that product. I can’t find the USB cord it came with and the earbuds are now useless. I have every kind of charging cord in existence, but only the one they sent will work. So, they are now buried in my storage bin. A wasted $50 bucks.
