Common Seashells of Britain and Ireland (WildID) Paperback – 22 Feb. 2013

Bought this for my upcoming holiday in Cornwall with my 4 year old Grandaughter, we both love shells and will enable us to identify many more of them!

It's very good and it's laminated which is great when you take it to the beach. Despite the description as a book it's not it's a fold up guide . Was disappointed at first but on looking closer it's actually ideal. Good guide

Bought for my 5y old nephew, he loves it. It inspired him to arrange and identify his seashell collection, and now he has it blu-tacked to his bedroom wall

Was a little disappointed with this because it’s more of a fold out card than a book. It’s fine for children to take with them when on a seaside walk as it enables them to identify each shell. Expensive for what it actually is though.

I would have given this 5 stars if I knew I was buying a fold-up card. It is NOT a paperpack, despite Amazon's description.

Very informative, excellent pictures and just the right amount of information. It is more of a sturdy, double sided leaflet than a book. It is laminated, so good for taking to the rock pools for children to identify the sea shells.
