Q: What is it made of, surely that is crucial for an item description!

I agree with Andrew Marsh. It has a good look though and the quality of the finish seems good. I have had woven straps in the past where the quality of the edge stitching has been less than great and this seems good, I've had no sign of the weaved part coming away from the bottom.
