Q: I’ve just brought one of these watches & the language is in Italian, is the language on this watch definitely in English?

No language is not English. I ordered it three times. Each time promised an English version, but all Italian. If it helps my 10yr old still love it.

Q: Which medals does this watch take?

It takes yo-motion series 2 medals these ones show the hologram, it does take any other series medals too but these only tell you the character when you put them in no hologram.

Q: Is this the north american one, or the european one? watch not released in uk yet, medals don't work from wrong region.Need to know place of origin.

This Watch is from America. It will play British (grey) Medals and European Yo-motion Medals in English.

Q: Anybody in the uk been able to get medals anywhere? Want to buy this for my daughter but no point if i cant get the medals. Thanks

I had no luck finding any in any local stores or Toys r us etc. I ordered a few packs of standard medals and a pack of the yo-motion (postage made them expensive) from Amazon. All worked with the watch.
