I’m giving 4 stars because, hey it’s zero calories which is what I was looking for.HOWEVER if you think this is going to taste delicious like a Chobani creamer (my favorite) it DOES NOT even come close. It has a VERY strong flavor of fake sugar/sugar free/chemicals. I mix with Fairlife FF milk & a scoop of protein/collegen powder (unflavored). 2 good size cups of coffee for 100calories and 18g protein is pretty good, so I’m forcing myself to drink it in hopes I get accustomed to the taste. I have the caramel, going to try another flavor and see if it’s any better

These taste delicious and they are healthy to what a combination. I use this in my coffee and the syrups drizzles as well.
