Got it for our ensuite bathroom and downstairs toilet primarily because of good reviews and a good lightning deal. Plumbers were always going on for the rival Geberit frame, which we installed a few years back in the family bathroom, as the market leader and their own familiarity. The main difference after installing both is the Geberit functions by plastic rods using mechanical action against this Grohe which uses pneumatic action. Otherwise both have excellent easy instal features and work very well. This Grohe is excellent value as it comes complete as a kit including the flush plate, wall fixings and the sound proof gasket. This model also has a Grohe fresh mechanism, which allows the flush plate to swing open and drop a blu flush cistern block or similar, which we will never use, but it may be useful to you if you like using them.If you are looking for a wall mount frame for a toilet, this would be as good and if you get it on a lightning deal excellent value.

Used this product to fit a wall hung toilet behind a stud walll. Easy enough to install when we got to grips with the instruction diagrams. Panic set in early on when we thought the water pipe and connection valve were missing, but we eventually discovered them packaged neatly inside the separate cistern access cover! Good product, well designed, with options for different soil pipe attachment and water inlet

Good unit, easy to assemble but should come with a rear/straight waste pipe rather than the downward 90degree bend. Had to purchase an adaptor

Very useful and sleek, still have to see the loos attached but so far so good. Speedy delivery and handy that they were in stock.

we had a cheap unbranded version of the concealed cistern which broke inside and tuned out to be unrepairable and after some years of frustration we bough the Grohe with the Rak rimless toilet bowl also from amazon. we were particularly interested in the additional flush aspect of this which means you can increase the flush from the usual 3 or 6 its to 4.5 and 9lts if required. we have been suffering from poor flush since the previous rubbish set up . I was a little sceptical that it would make much difference but we have been very pleased with the results which are like mini tsunami in the bowl . by chance our neighbours have bought the same pairing but have yet to fit theirs. hopefully they will be as pleased as we are

Made the mistake of not reading the small print, this wall mounted toilet installation kit does NOT contain the top mounting brackets, these are an extra purchase, this is absolutely ridiculous, I would expect an installation kit to be complete as it is not possible to fit this item without top mounting brackets, this should have been made perfectly clear in the advert.

Bought it 6 months ago. Still works and we like it. I have to admit item is extremely quiet and buttons don't look like they are going to fall apart!Would definitely buy it again.

I must say that I was a bit nervous ordering this item online as it is something I have never ordered or used previously. The delivery was very good and it is now installed and working brilliantly! I am so pleased I would highly recommend this product and supplier to others.
