Q: Is it ok to use with cloth diapers?

It depends from a material the diaper is made of. If they’re natural fiber cloth diapers you should be fine. If they’re from synthetic fiber or have fleece interior this cream will rub on the diaper and might somewhat reduce absorbency of it. But I would try if I were you.

Q: Can I use as an adult for heat rash on forehead?

I was told by my daughter’s pediatrician not to use it on her heat rash, if it helps. When you have heat rash, it’s important to keep it cool and leave the pores open. Using ointment will only block and pores and might worsen the condition. I would wash forehead with cold water often.
