Yes, but I would definitely look up a few application videos to see how it's done before attempting. The instructions are a little lacking with details on how and where to apply the product. They are very short and to the point.

It has the full kit for lift and tint. Only thing extra I ordered was duo eyelash glue bc I prefer to lay my pads down on eyelid with it. Only other thing I needed was qtips.
