Rework station
Easy to setup and use you may need a long thin screwdriver to fit the heat bit holder on the side of the case but apart from that very easy to setup setting temperature is done with the buttons and the airflow is controlled by the dial the construction is very good all metal body the gun is a mixture of plastic and metal love the standby mode as soon as you put the gun in the holder it turns off the air flow and drops the temperature to 100c to extend the life of the tool good value for money very happy with this equipment have brought other soldering stuff from this manufacture and had no issues at all

Powerful and Accurate.
This has changed the game for SMD repairs for me as an amateur repairer. It heats very fast to precisely the temperature I set it to, the airflow is steady and adjustable between barely moving to blasting jet - and everything in between.I can remove massive BGA chips in no time, as well as delicately pluck off minuscule resistors without blowing everything around it off the board. The controls on the front are very simple and it remembers your last settings even if its unplugged. The airflow is started by simply lifting the hand piece, and when you put it back, it reduces the temperature to 100c before switching off the airflow. Its quite as well, which is nice.

Smallest nozzle falls off a lot
Ive wanted one of these for ages.Im using this for repairing various bits n pieces. The temperature builds quickly. You get a rack to hold the non used bits. The smallest nozzle is a bit loose and its not easy to tighten it as the metal is very hard.I like that it immediately reduces the heat and cools if you put the gun part back in its holder. It has temperature adjustment and air flow adjustment so can be a hot or cool air gun.You can swap to F from C if you prefer that. Not bad for the price.I managed to get a tiny little IC chip off and back on without burning everything and did a small amount of soldering with it.Cant compare with others as its the first one we have owned.

What is a F1 Error code??
I purchased it in November last year. It hasn't worked since this error appeared. What could be causing this?

Very happy, good build quality.
Spent a long time considering whether to go for this hot air station or a more expensive one. In the end I 'settled' on this one, but am really glad I did. I like the feel of it and the build quality. I also like the heat up time and the auto-cool to 100 degree functionality when you put it back in the cradle. Very happy with this one.

Good for occasional DIY use.
The range of tips is so-so, only one non circular tip. A flat shaped tip would be useful for wide components such as connectors. Otherwise the gun is ok for normal use.
