Very pleased with this purchase. Had a few issues getting it up and running but once i got it, I was very pleased with its performance and quality.

I bought this computer because of the price and I thought it would get me thru a software development course I am currently enrolled in. The product arrived on time this past Thursday. I unboxed it today (Saturday) because I am off work and had some time on my hands. The mouse and keyboard are missing the USB so it will not work. One of the monitors HDMI cord does not work so I cannot use one of the monitors. I went to buy another mouse and keyboard from Best Buy that works perfectly fine because it came with an USB. Also, the computer won’t allow me to connect to the internet so I cannot finish setup. I called the tech support number on the side of the computer to file claim to receive another HDMI cord and for help to connect to the internet to finish setup. I waited on hold for tech support for 15 minutes to eventually get an announcement stating no tech support was available for help and to leave a message with my name, phone number, and email for a call back. I will be calling again tomorrow morning to see if tech support is available so I can get refund and to ship the computer, keyboard, mouse, and both monitors back. This seller has mixed reviews and I took a chance that I shouldn’t have considering I am on a time constraint with class projects due.Update: I finally spoke to someone in tech support for the shipper almost 2 weeks after receiving the computer. I was just told that I cannot return the computer and I have to allow them to ship me additional parts which will take several days to receive. I declined and told them I wanted my money back and I am not patronizing a business that I can’t even get in contact with and who refuses to give me a case number to return the product. My return has been approved thru Amazon and I expect a refund expeditiously.

It is a fast PC. Love the graphics. Plenty of storage. Performance is greatThe only thing I don’t like about it is the software. And the way they try to push you to buy “365”. You have to take a college course to learn how to use it, then by that time, it’s obsolete. Overall, it’s a great PC. Well worth the money. Easy to get setup and running. Connection to WiFi and bluetooth was a breeze.

My husband needed a computer quick. He decided not to go with a laptop this time. So he went on amazon and got this refurbished desktop, and he loves it

Was very excided to get the computer system. Within a month or 2 one of the monitors stopped working. I emailed to get advice from CSR they told me it was a cord and they would send a replacement. Ive NOT seen one yet months later. Now the 2nd monitor has shut down. I hope to get a refund. So disappointed in the product and their CSReps lack of effort to help. Save your time & $$ not worth it.

Could have better instructions writing to small

I would start by saying the computer itself seems to be working properly. However, the dual monitors are the issue, on initial receipt one (the second pic) did not work, contacted the seller, they gave me a slight run-around saying they were not the seller, after a couple email exchanges they sent a replacement monitor. This one arrived and when removed from the box it looked a small chip in the upper left corner of the monitor, when plugged in it also was not working ((first pic) have reached out to the seller again. It has been 11 days and no additional information or response concerning the second bad monitor. SO even thought the computer works, I would like to have two working monitors since I paid for the package that included dual monitors.
