Good value for money spent.
Technically speaking it's a bit too early as I've only had it for about 72 hours, but all is going well so far. One thing that impressed me from the start is that the capacity of the "OS SSD" is larger than what was listed in the description. I wish the bus speed was higher, but that's just me, and NOT the seller, but in all fairness, it's an older refurbished PC. My only regret is that it does meet the Microsoft requirements to upgrade to Windows 11, but again, that's not the seller's fault. Lastly, this particular PC handles resource-intensive games like WoW & MSFS with little to no difficulty.

Two days in and working fine...
So far so good....two days in. This unit is in perfect condition. First thing even before plugging it in I opened it up and It was clean as a whistle. Exterior looks like a brand new unit … not so much as a finger print on it. No scratches, bangs or dents. I am not a computer type so I can't say about the performance (speed, memory, etc.) but it seem a lot faster then my older IBM with XP which is no longer useable. Setup was both fast and easy; no problems with the windows 10 …. however, again I am not a computer guy so if there are issues later I'll come back and add to the review. I did call with a question about the software and I found their service person be to very polite, pleasant and responsive. Not normally a fan of buying refurbished electronics but this Blair Tech Group seems to really have a handle on it. Yes, I would recommend the Blair Group.

Defective
I purchased this product and when it came it was stuck in AIRPLANE mode. Why would a desktop be in airplane mode and there is not even an option to take it off. Airplane mode is greyed out and if you go to settings to correct it, it is not even listed. I can't use this product and I see no reason the I, the buyer, should have to PAY for a return shipment of a defective item.

Like New, Rock Solid Work-Horse Office/Home Computer
Would've Given 5 Stars, Except for the fact the at initial login a Trojan popped up, Embedded in 3rd Party Driver Update Software, which came preinstalled. However, Windows Defender immediately caught it and quarantined it. Otherwise, the item looked Brand Spanking New Inside and Out. Opened it up upon delivery and looked like it came directly from the manufacturers clean-room. (See Pics) Two Fans...Both Spotless. Everything, spotless. Booted up within 4 Seconds with the zippy SSD. ZERO issues or concerns after several days, but time will tell. We had these same towers in the USAF and they're absolutely reliable work horses. As with any third hand device I do recommend Multipass/Overwrite Drive Wiping and Reimaging the OS. You never know what was on it before and you don't want the FBI Forensics team kicking your door down. I have it hooked up to my 65" 4K TV via a Display port to HDMI Cable and the picture is Amazing. (Cables are like $6 on Amazon) Will update as time passes. Very impressed thus far.

Fast was clocking 3.3ghz
I didn’t rate for gaming as I don’t play games. This is replacing an older celeron 2.8 ghz 8gb ram this thing is running circles around it. LOVE IT! The equipment is dated but still works. Sad is running at 6gb an the had is at 3gb. It came with 4 sticks of 2gb ram. I was hoping four 2 4gb so I didn’t have to buy four new 4gb ones. Plan to work on replacing parts here an there as I find bargains.I have also now added in a bunch to this system, USB 3.0, 16GB Ram, 250 Crucial SSD, replace hdd with new one and have bought spare parts a replacement power supply and a cooling fan for future use. checked it on UserBenchmark.com and was really pleased added new photo of new power supply connector with extra black wire. It sends fan speed info (got this from the Support Forum at HP.Com)

You get what you pay for.
I got this to replace my workshop PC. Didn't want to spend a lot on it. But I got what I paid for. So far its working fine, after having to buy new monitor connections, and a wifi adapter. The PC case is serviceable. Came covered in black vinyl to cover old service stickers, the side panel came off taking it out, took some time to get it back on and closed, and the front bezel is loose.

That's good service!
I have purchased refurbished PCs from Amazon in the past as my needs aren't dramatic. The original unit arrived with one issue that resulted in the PC to boot up on its own as soon as the power cord was attached, which it should not do. A few days later it wouldn't 'wake up' when using the mouse or keyboard. The only way to get it to respond (wake up) was to press and hold the power button to restart the PC.Called tech support and they agreed to replace the PC, so once I dropped it off at UPS with the prepaid labels they shipped the replacement unit right away. That's good service for when things go wrong, it happens. So far so good.
