Rescue Shot Case Epinephrine Auto Injector Case
works great can attach it to my lunch box and it's always there. The only problem I found is when it's 90 to 100' the pens get to warm. They state on the pens 85' and when out all day the druggist said to keep an eye on them for turning cloudy. It would be really great if it was insulated to help with the heat. It holds 2 pens with ease. Under normal temps. this case works great.I've had this case coming on 2 years and has stood up very good. It is in the dirt- thick woods- goes on hunting trips and faithfully hung by the loop off my belt loop or day pack while hunting. It's getting worn at the bottom of the pen cases I only hang mine by the loop on top and don't use the other options. Do wish it had some type of heat reflective material inside for when it gets really hot during the summer. The only other 1 I've seen close to this but only holds 1 pen is what the military uses. I'll be getting a replacement for this 1 soon due to the wear at the bottom of the pen cases from rubbing against hard objects and have no problem ordering the same one again. For the average person this should last for years.

Excellent product
My son has a severe peanut and tree nut allergy. The product is great to hold the two epi pens, still marked as medical, yet a little more unobtrusive than a fanny pack. We put a large carabiner on it to hook it to his belt loop. Easy access. Velcro closure is strong. (He is 8 and plays hard and no problem with it coming open so far and spilling the contents). There is also a place on the back to put emergency contact info. Product was exactly as represented. Great value well made.

Works great
I just recently was told due to bee sting alleregy that I have to carry epipen switch me at all times. Being a guy I hate having my pockets filled with a lot of stuff so I ordered this in hopes I could keep them on my belt. It works great. Since I need to carry two pens this worked great. Both fit in it nice and it clips to the belt nice and it does not look to big and bulky. I need to dress up everyday for work and it looks nice, I ordered black with blue decal.

I've Owned at Least Three and Will Be Ordering a Fourth
I've owned at least three of these Epipen holsters. They're well-made, secure, and the synthetic cloth looks like new even two years on. I think they look good, too. Very functional. I recommend getting a good matching carabiner to more securely hook it to your belt. The holster has a loop at the top designed for this.Far better than the branded Epipen holsters I used to have. Those things looked bad after six months. However, after about two years, I've found the clip snaps off. It's still functional with the carabiner, but it doesn't ride as high and tends to bounce around. Prior to the clip snapping off, the faux leather material they use around the clip wears off. Again, still functional, but it might be a little rough on your dress pants if you wear it a lot.I'm about to order another because of the clip issue. If they could fix that problem, this would be the ideal solution and would deserve five stars.Also... sometimes people mistake it for a multitool, knife, or even a gun. But hey, it's a holster, so... just make sure to be open with security about what it is. I've probably been asked about it by security maybe three times, and it's never been a problem. In fact, under certain circumstances, I don't mind if people wonder what it is!

Perfect size shape and quality
This looks like another quality product has made it to Amazon. My daughter is highly allergic to bees and MUST have BOTH of her Epi-Pens with her at all times. The Black design is inconspicuous. The quality is exactly what we wanted. The case will securely hold one pen if that is all you need but you can get both in. The clip on the back is of good quality although I wish it were fabric coated not vinyl as I think the vinyl will wear off and metal show. No big deal though.

OK carrier for 2 EpiPen and Some Single Packs of Benedryl - Very poor belt clip - not to be relied on for belt attachment
Nice pack to carry two EpiPen with a little extra room for single use Benedryl packs. This is an ok carrier that seals well. However the belt clip is not to be relied on. It is weak and does not seem make me feel it will not break. Best advice is to go to CVS and buy single pack generic Benedryl packages. 10 per box.

Good choice
Good quality and does the job. Satisfied with purchase. Two epi pens can fit, my husband prefers carrying one epi pen and other pills he would need if stung by a bee. Just the right amount of room without being bulky. Clips to his belt so he doesn't loose it.
